Saumya Mehrotra
Executive Director
Saumya lives in Lake Tapps with her family and is the founder of this licensed home daycare. She brings more than three years of experience as a Child Care Lead Teacher, working safely with all age groups from infants to school-age children. She holds a Master's degree in HR and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and previously worked as a recruiter in the technology industry. This background helps her maintain excellent records and run the daycare like a structured, professional business, while focusing deeply on the care and development of every child. As Executive Director, Saumya holds primary responsibility for site safety, the facility, financial health, and serves as the primary DCYF contact.
Shriranjini Mokshagundam Venkatesh
Director
Shriranjini lives in Lake Tapps with her family and serves as Director, holding primary authority over the educational program, curriculum, and children's developmental tracking. For the past two years she has worked as a substitute teacher in the Dieringer School District, focusing on supporting children with special needs across pre-K through 5th grade. This experience has given her a deep ability to adapt to diverse learning needs, foster inclusive spaces, and provide compassionate, individualized care. She also holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and spent six years as a software engineer, bringing strong organizational, analytical, and administrative skills that support accurate record-keeping, structured operations, and clear communication — all while prioritizing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child.
